One of the highlights for me were the sweet otters – they were playful, adorable, and full of energy, which made the experience really special. I also really liked Jeffrey, who added a personal and memorable touch to the visit. The bats were another interesting part – at first a bit unusual, but actually very fascinating to see up close.
